The Townsville General Practice Network Website has been re-branded and is undergoing a major transformation as the new Townsville-Mackay Medicare Local Website.

All the current former TGPN content will remain, but you will start to see more information on the new site that reflects the TMML’s broader membership base across our region.

Townsville-Mackay Medicare Local is the key primary health care coordinating body for our region.

The former Townsville General Practice Network (TGPN) is the administrative core of the new Medicare Local organisation and has changed its trading name and constitution to become the Townsville-Mackay Medicare Local.

Over the next few months the Townsville-Mackay Medicare Local website will build on all of the content that was previously on the TGPN site to reflect its broader focus across our region.

The Townsville–Mackay Medicare Local Website will provide vital primary health care information and support to a much larger membership that now covers Townsville and surrounds, west to Richmond, north to Cardwell and south past Mackay / Sarina to the central Queensland communities of Dysart and Clermont.
