TOWNSVILLE DIVISION CERTIFIED TO ISO9001:2008

ISO (the International Organisation for Standardisation) is a worldwide federation that develops and publishes International Standards. Standards ensure that Townsville General Practice Network (TGPN) delivers quality products and services to stakeholders and community members. Each year TGPN is audited to ensure compliance of these standards and every three years TGPN goes through a re-accreditation process where a complete and thorough quality review takes place by external auditors (IHCA – Institute for Healthy Communities Australia).  TGPN continually strives to improve quality systems within the organisation and is dedicated to complying with ISO Standards.
